How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked in advance by phone or online. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email from Sheridonna Beauty Studio (SBS). Your appointment is officially confirmed upon receipt of this confirmation.
What if I am running late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
If the stylist arrives and must wait beyond 15 minutes due to client unavailability:
A $20 waiting fee per additional 10 minutes will apply
If the client is unavailable after 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion
This policy ensures fairness and respect for scheduled service time.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
Cancellations within 48 hours may require full payment prior to rebooking
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment before future bookings
