1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Non-customized Items: We accept returns or exchanges for non-customized items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition, within 14 days from the date you received the item.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at support@sheridonnadesigns.com or call us at (315) 748-3229 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping address. All items being returned must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item is returned safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@sheridonnadesigns.com with details and photographs of the damage or defect. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

5. Sale & Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item, and we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received.

7. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
