Refund policy

You have up to 30 days to return items purchased on our site. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be in original condition (not worn or washed) with hang tags still attached and original packaging. Sheridonna Designs will accept returns and exchanges if merchandise is defective or if you received wrong items by mistake. All returns and exchange must be pre-approved or warehouse will refuse the package and send it back to the sender. You can email or reply back to original email confirmation for return authorization. If your return or exchange is approved you will receive Return Authorization number or instructions to send the merchandise back. Return shipping fees are customer’s responsibility. Please send merchandise back to our warehouse via traceable service providers via FedEx or USPS (only if you can track it). Return package that gets lost on the way to our warehouse is not our responsibility.

Sheridonna Designs reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges, or refunds. 


Any refunds or credit adjustments made to your purchase will go back to the original form of payment that you used to make the purchase on our website.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
