How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked in advance by phone or online. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email from Sheridonna’s Beauty Salon (SBS).
Your appointment is officially confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email.
What if I am running late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
If the stylist arrives and must wait beyond 15 minutes due to client unavailability:
A waiting fee of $20 per additional 10 minutes will apply
If the client is unavailable after 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion
This policy ensures fairness and respect for scheduled service time.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
Cancellations within 48 hours may require full payment before rebooking
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment prior to future bookings
What do I need to prepare for my mobile appointment?
Please provide:
A clean, well-lit service area
Access to an electrical outlet
Secured pets during the appointment
Everything else will be provided.
Do you offer services for children and men?
Yes. We provide professional haircuts for women, men, and children, as well as family haircut packages for four or more clients in one visit.

Wedding and special event services
Group services require advance booking and may require a custom quote.
Do you provide wedding and event hair?
Yes. We provide wedding hair and special event styling, including group services. Please contact us to discuss your event needs.
Do you offer treatments for healthy hair?
Yes. Hair health is a priority at Sheridonna’s Beauty Salon. Many services include treatments, such as our Signature Roller Set Value Package includes a nourishing hair treatment.

The Hair Concierge™ is our online hair care consulting service. It provides virtual hair analysis, routine planning, and expert guidance for maintaining healthy hair from anywhere.

Prices are listed as “starting at” and may vary based on hair length, density, service complexity, and location. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service.

All services are provided as private mobile appointments, and pricing reflects the convenience and luxury of mobile service. No separate travel fee is listed.
