At Sheridonna’s Beauty Salon, we provide a personalized, luxury mobile salon experience. To maintain excellence, respect scheduled time, and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all appointments and memberships.
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
- All appointments must be booked in advance
Appointments are confirmed once the client receives a confirmation email from SBS
We do not hold tentative or unconfirmed appointments
- Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service at booking
MOBILE SALON SERVICES
Sheridonna’s Beauty Salon is a mobile salon. We travel to you for a private, luxury experience at:
Homes
Workplaces
Hotels
Approved private locations
Client Responsibilities:
Provide a clean, well-lit service area
Ensure access to an electrical outlet
Secure pets during the appointment
Be present and ready at the scheduled time
Our Commitment to Hair Health
At Sheridonna’s Beauty Salon, hair health is the foundation of every service we provide. Our approach to beauty is elevated, intentional, and rooted in long-term care, not quick fixes.
For chemical services, we exclusively offer balayage highlighting, a refined technique that enhances dimension and brightness while minimizing direct scalp exposure. This method supports healthier hair integrity, seamless grow-out, and luxurious, natural-looking results.
By focusing on select techniques rather than offering every chemical service, we ensure each client receives expert-level care, thoughtful artistry, and a premium salon experience designed to protect and celebrate the hair.

TIMING & WAITING POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)
We value punctuality and professionalism.
A 15-minute grace period is provided
If the stylist arrives and must wait beyond 15 minutes due to client unavailability:
$20 fee per additional 10 minutes will apply
If the client is unavailable after 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion
Waiting fees must be paid before services continue.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in:
Forfeiture of the scheduled service
Charges equivalent to the service value
Repeated last-minute changes may require future appointments to be prepaid
VIP MEMBERSHIP APPOINTMENTS
VIP memberships are billed monthly
Appointments must be scheduled within the active billing cycle
Unused services do not roll over
Memberships are non-transferable
Clients must be present at scheduled times
All VIP appointments follow the same timing, waiting, and cancellation policies.
FAMILY & GROUP APPOINTMENTS
All family or group members must be present during the scheduled visit
Services are provided based on time availability and selected membership or service
Delays may affect the number of services completed
SERVICES & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Services are provided based on hair condition and professional assessment
Results may vary based on hair history, maintenance, and care
Professional-grade products are used during service
Retail products are sold separately unless otherwise stated
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS
Virtual services are appointment-based
Sessions are conducted via phone or video
Missed virtual appointments may be forfeited
